After sincere practice over time yoga brings deep states of relaxation helping us to handle the challenges of life in a more calm, balanced, and flexible way. Through the practice we can achieve a deeper understanding of the true nature of existence and connect with our Infinite Self beyond the body and the mind.
What makes this training special is we offer dual certification: Kundalini Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and the Ashtanga Vinyasa system from Krishnamacharya. We offer in depth instruction on asana including alignment, sequencing, modifications, props, and hands on adjustments that are not offered in Kundalini trainings.
What sets us apart from other Vinyasa trainings is the in depth approach to the 8 Limbs of yoga teaching more than just asana or physical practice but a rich multitude of meditation and pranayama techniques used in the Kundalini Yoga System.

Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: Book I Samadhipadah on Contemplation
(With great respect and reverence) We now we begin the study of Yoga.
Yoga is the suspension of the movements of the mind. It is the state of awareness where there is clarity to your perception.
When this happens then the Seer is revealed, resting in it’s own essential nature and one realizes the True Self.
Kundalini Yoga is uncoiling yourself to find your potential and your vitality and to reach for your virtues. There is nothing from outside. Try to understand that. All is in you. You are the storehouse of your totality.- Yogi Bhajan
