Tuning In with the Adi mantra: Chant Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo 3x’s on one breath.  It means I bow to the great creative force vibrating through all things, to the unseen Divine Teacher that takes us from darkness to light I bow.

Sodarshan Chakra Kriya:

Dristi (focal point): Eyes open gazing at tip of the nose or down the nose to the floor if your eyes feel strained.  MUST BE DONE WITH EYES OPEN!

Inhale through left nostril only, hold the breath and pump the navel three times while mentally vibrating Wa-Hay- Guru.  Do that for 16 repetitions and then exhale through the right nostril.

To end: Inhale and hold the breath 10-15 seconds and then shake the arms over the head for 1 full minute.  Then sit in quiet contemplation you will feel the whole body energized and access a deep meditative state.  Meditate there for as long as you can to receive the benefits of the meditation.

Close practice: Chant Sat Nam 3x’s
